You're solely responsible and liable for any disclosure of your Log in details or third party access to the website with your details and under no circumstances will you disclose your login details to any third party
Paystrater reserves the right to change or discontinue temporarily or permanently your rights to use Paystrater's website at any time without notice. This will however not affect your outstanding obligations to us.

Intellectual Property Rights
Paystrater has been developed and is operated and maintained by or on behalf of Paystrater and all intellectual property and data base rights related belongs to Paystrater.
Your use of Paystrater shall not transfer any rights to the website other than expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this services (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by the laws of this countryand you agree that the Courts of this country will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any of such disputes or claims.
Paystrater shall not be liable for losses arising under or in connection with your breach of duty of secrecy arising out of your inability to observe and maintain the secrecy of your login details.
To enable us comply with applicable laws and regulations, you hereby undertake to;
Obey Laws and Regulations: you agree not to use the website for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, libenous or that infringe the rights of others.
Provide accurate information: You agree that information provided by you are true, accurate, current and complete including but not limited to your Login details.
